SIRE: DONAVAN is currently ranked #1 Leading Sire, Dressage Breeding by the USEF. An elite Hanoverian stallion, Donavan was Reserve Champion at his 1988 100-day Test with 136.16 points. He earned a 10 for canter and 9s for rideability, work ethic, jumping ability, trot and elasticity. Donavan was the 1996 East Coast Elite Hanoverian Licensing Champion (USA) and had a highly successful career in FEI dressage for many years. Donavan was retired from Grand Prix competition in 2003 and now performs Grand Prix Freestyles for charity and exhibitions. He has produced many outstanding performers in dressage, hunters, jumpers and eventing, and his foals are known for their wonderful temperaments and excellent gaits. Son Drachen Herz (1999) is an approved breeding stallion.

DAM: FERTHERLICHT is a young Hanoverian mare donated to Virgina Tech in spring of 2004. This royally bred mare is by Werther, the first stallion to be designated "Hanoverian Stallion of the Year" (1992). Werther inherited bone, strength and jumping ability from his sire Wendekreis. Fertherlicht is from a very impressive female family and is a half sister to Wolkenspring (Wolkenstein II), Grand Champion at Dressage at Lexington and Weisling (Wolkentanz), Reserve Champion Filly and Reserve Champion Young Horse at Dressage at Lexington. Fertherlicht is also dam to the Hanoverian filly Disaronno VT, by Dante.

DOMINIC VT is a bright bay colt with a lovely disposition. He was sold privately in 2007.
