Bulgari VT is very sweet young gelding. With his super friendly personality and placid demeanor, he is certainly suitable as a companion for a youth or amateur owner. Bulgari was sold in the 2006 Hokie Harvest Sale to a former Virginia Tech student and is maturing nicely.

SIRE: BALADIN D'OC is one of Virginia Tech's current breeding stallions. This highly successful FEI dressage stallion was born in France and travelled to Germany as a two-year-old where he was performance tested at Adelheidsdorf. As a five-year-old Baladin d'Oc was imported to the United States and competed with an adult amateur rider in FEI dressage competition. With very limited number of offspring, Baladin d'Oc has produced several Premium foals.

DAM: NAKISKA is a lovely mare of Hanoverian breeding. She is linebred to the great stallion Grande and enjoyed a career as a dressage mount before retiring to the broodmare band. She has produced four foals for Virginia Tech. The first, R Malachi VT, by the jumper sire Saluut II, was sold in 2004 and is already scoring in the mid to upper 60's at First Level! Nakiska's second foal, Nadia VT, was sired by Across the Field xx and will be retained as a broodmare for Virginia Tech. Odessa VT, Nakiska's 2004 filly by the Grand Prix dressage stallion Oskar II, was named Premium as a foal and earned scores to 79.4% in-hand as a foal at Dressage at Lexington!
