From limited offspring, Baladin d'Oc has sired a high percentage of Premium foals at ISR/Oldenburg NA inspections. In 2007, he earned recognition from ISR/Oldenburg NA for his ability to produce outstanding foals, when he was admitted into their Star Award System. Also in 2007 he sired Bella Sera VT and Big Pikture VT, Reserve Champion Filly and Reserve Champion Colt, respectively, at the large Virginia Tech inspection. Both scored an excellent 8.3. From his 2006 crop, Baladin sired Brocade VT, Reserve Champion Filly with a score of 8.4! In 2008, Bella Sera VT was named Reserve Champion Filly at Dressage at Lexington.
His eldest son, the Selle Francais Nicodemus Noir, was named 2004 USDF/Cosequin Breeders' Champion Colt/Gelding for the Southwest Series, and earned the title of 2004 ADA Reserve Young Horse Champion. Judge on the day was Olympian and Trakehner breeder, Hilda Gurney, who highly recommended that Nicodemus Noir become a breeding stallion. Nicodemus Noir was also classified Excellent at his NASFA foal inspection in 2000 and has become a successful young dressage stallion.

The first few foals by Baladin d'Oc are doing exceptionally well under saddle. His 2001 daughter No Doubt was named 2006 USDF Training Level Horse of the Year and 2007 USDF First Level Horse of the Year for the North American Selle Francais Association. She also placed 4th in the 2006 USDF Region 4 Adult Amateur Training Level with a 70.6%, and 3rd in the 2006 Midwest Training Level Adult Amateur Championships! Another daughter, Bijou is a Multi-Champion in her first year showing in the Colorado Hunter/Jumper Association!
Virginia Tech's first crop by Baladin d'Oc arrived in 2005. His foals show the modern type of their sire, along with his altheticism and strong topline. Their gaits are balanced and elastic, and each have been blessed with their sire's wonderful disposition! Owners who purchase foals by Baladin d'Oc invariably remark on how easy the foals are to start under saddle. Grand Prix rider and USDF Gold Medalist Susan B. Cooper of Impulsion Unlimited writes of her Premium Colt Bacardi VT, "I can honestly say that in all my years of starting horses; this one was the easiest." Many owners, including Ms. Cooper, have returned to purchase a second Baladin d'Oc foal as a result of their positive experience with the first!
